Soil conditioners and mulch, made from waste cardboard pulp and our feedstock materials, are fully degradable, come in various forms and compositions, and are manufactured in a simple process using conventional plant equipment. Our conditioners can potentially satisfy the specific requirements of many applications from conventional/rooftop/indoor gardening to commercial orchards, landscaping, revegetation of land divisions, landfills and brownfields, as well as for rehabilitation of mine site tailings and bushfire impacted areas.

With the advent of CtP technology and the option of using CO2 gas in our processes, we have substantially increased the application areas, improved the production cost efficiency and footprint. Our objective is to offer industry and communities degradable soil conditioners and mulch that use substantial amounts of waste cardboard, which would otherwise end up in landfills or incinerated.

The simplicity and cost efficiency of producing goods packaging materials using our CtP technology, from the step of de-fibering waste cardboard to production of packaging beads and aggregates collectively represent an exciting opportunity for deploying our packaging solutions as a part of the sustainable tools needed for addressing the growing waste cardboard disposal dillema. What could be more sustainable and economic than our CtP technology which converts low-value waste cardboard into high value packaging materials?  What is even more impactful when after useful life, our packaging material can be safely placed in soil to degrade and generate soil conditioning effects?

Bedding material for odour control in livestock farms

We are exploring the opportunity of applying our CtP technology to odour control in enclosed environments, particularly in poultry farming where our proprietary bedding material may be used for reducing or even eliminating odour from the farm houses. Additionally, we are looking into the potential of reusing the chicken litter generated from our degradable bedding material in the form of a self-serving manure with no need for further treatment elsewhere before reuse.
